I am starting a new strict program from now until June when I go to see my friend, Shasta Gibson in Ontario. It's great motivation to get on the right track and lose a few pounds before I go. I'd also like to start getting ready for bathing suit season which is coming up. I always get more motivated for losing weight when the spring/summer hits. I am at 191 pounds. Havn't really gone up or down lately. I know if I put more effort into it though that I can start to hopefully go down. I've been trying to walk more and also eating better and drinking lots of water. I also have been eating a lot more fish. We buy low fat salmon patty's at Costco and I love them. Wild Salmon is delicious and low in fat and high in protein. You can bbq them, grill them or bake them up. I've also been drinking more tea lately which is relaxing and good for the extra water and low cal. Green tea has always been my favorite but I also enjoy the loose tea also.
I will let you know how the diet is going and how my progress is going on my new diet and exercise program.
